Coming to iOS

Practice the conversation before it matters.

A private rehearsal room for managers. Say it out loud, meet the pushback, and find the words you want to carry into the real conversation.

CHAPTER 01 · THE FRIDAY DEMO
Junho, a fictional senior engineer, listening skeptically
JUNHO

“I can protect the integration or the reliability fix—not both by Friday.”

COACHING NOTE

Start by naming what Junho is already protecting.

01 · THE OBJECTION

I’m happy to own it. What should I stop doing to make room?

WHAT YOU TRIED

“You’re right. I haven’t been clear about the trade-off.”

COACHING

Good ownership. Now make the decision easier.

Name the work that can pause, then ask Junho what risk you’re missing.

“The reliability fix can wait until after the demo…”

RETRY

Same moment. Better words. No audience.

One season, one team

Chaire is a story, not a stack of flash cards.

You lead a small software team through the week before a customer demo. Junho, Ila, Yolanda and Bram remember what you said—so Monday’s handoff becomes Thursday’s renegotiation, then the trust behind Friday’s final call.

Your words, your stakes

Bring the conversation that’s keeping you up.

Describe the person, the history, and what needs to change. Chaire creates a private practice partner and realistic resistance—without accessing your microphone on this website.

Why not just ask ChatGPT?

Advice is easy to nod at. Practice changes what you do.

A chatbot can explain delegation in the abstract. Chaire makes you say the hard part out loud, hear the pushback, and leave with one concrete move—grounded in your own team, not managers in general.

Quick answer to a one-off question

Chaire is rehearsal—not a replacement for a manager, a coach, or HR.

Questions, answered

A safe place to get unstuck.

Is Chaire a replacement for a coach?+

No. It is a private rehearsal space for preparing your words and trying again. It does not provide therapy, HR, legal, or employment advice.

Does the website record me?+

No. The rehearsal preview plays a short synthesized voice cue, but this page is a scripted demonstration and never requests microphone access. Real voice practice happens only inside the iOS app, with explicit permission.

What happens to my email?+

You receive a confirmation email first. Only confirmed addresses join the launch list. We do not send form contents to analytics.

When is the iOS app available?+

We are preparing the first release now. Join the waitlist and confirm your email to receive the launch announcement.

You can arrive ready.
